How long will my order take?
Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. However we will endeavour to get orders packed and sent within 24 hours! Delays may occur during peak holiday times.
Shipping: Please note that we are based in Western Australia. Please select the appropriate shipping option, we recommend express for all urgent orders. We do not accept responsibility for any postal delays once shipped. We use Australia Post for all orders.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Remember to check your junk folder as it can sometimes end up in there. You will receive email updates to let you know your orders status.
Can I collect my order?
ABSOLUTELY! Normal processing time of 1-2 business days applies, and you will receive an email about collection. We will endeavour to have orders ready to collect within 24 hours of ordering! Orders can only be collected during business hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm. Please call/email ahead to arrange collection. Please also provide your phone number during checkout so we can easily contact you about a collection time, otherwise you will receive an email.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering. If a product has arrived and is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving. Item must be in a new and unused/unopened condition. We will give further instructions on a replacement item or a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Do you ship outside Australia?
YES! We have just opened up international shipping to New Zealand, US and Canada. We are always looking at other countries for the future. Please note that we are an Australian Business and all prices are in Australian Dollars.
International Shipping is currently $25 for all orders up to $100 and postage increases based on order value for STANDARD tracked postage. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees in the receivers country.
